The Last Mile program teaches inmates entrepreneurship skills with the goal that each participant founds a socially conscious, tech-forward company. Award-winning filmmaker Ondi Timoner goes inside the innovative non-profit and follows inmates as they work to craft a business plan, pitch their ideas in front of venture capitalists, and then, transition back into society.

As multimedia director I produced a program called Live @ KJHK where I brought in touring and local acts to perform live on air. My staff and myself would record both video and audio to produce a web series from this program. My team and myself recently won the CBI national award for best college radio program in the country. We have also won several Kansas KAB awards for best entertainment program in the state.
This position allowed me to manage a 40+ person staff, along with booking bands, producing shows and editing a large majority of the videos. Along with the web series, I regularly attended events and music festivals to obtain media coverage and conduct interviews.
